LOWVILLE - William C. " Bill " Hulbert, 55, of Water Street, died in the emergency room at Lewis County General Hospital on Sunday, May 22, 2011. William was born on July, 20, 1955, in Lowville, a son of the late Charles W. and Dorothy Elizabeth Brouty Hulbert. He graduated from Lowville Academy after which he was employed at the P&C in Lowville and by Hoffman & Dudo Cheese Plant. A graveside service at Beaches Bridge Cemetery will be held on Friday, May 27, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Bruce W. Chapman, retired minister, officiating. There are no calling hours and arrangements are with the Sundquist Funeral Home. Memorials may be made in Bill's name to the American Diabetes Association, 356 North Midler Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13206. Bill is survived by his partner, Amy Fiorillio; his three children: Heather Hulbert of Tennessee, Kristin McCoullough of North Carolina and Cherish Kidwell of Tennessee and his brother and sister-in-law, James S. and Renee Hulbert of Glenfield; half brothers, Bernard, Charlie, Burt and Keith Halladay and half sisters, Marilyn Lee and Patricia Hulbert; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
