LOWVILLE - Travis Mark Michael Greenfield, 34, of Danville, VA, formerly of Lowville, died suddenly on Monday, November 11, 2013 at Moses-Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC. He was born in San Diego, CA on January 1, 1979, the son of the late Earl and Ann Salmon Greenfield. He moved to Lowville with his parents at a young age. Travis worked in the restaurant business, and was a talented and dedicated performer of song. Travis is survived by his loving aunt and uncle, Laurette and Jeffrey Greenfield of Danville; his paternal grandfather, Daniel Jay Greenfield, Sr. of Dexter; two brothers, Daniel Greenfield and Kyle Greenfield, two sisters, Marie Mae Greenfield and Rebbecca Greenfield, all of Danville; and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins from Lowville to San Diego. He was predeceased by his grandmothers, Myrtle Mae Dunn Greenfield and Pauline Salmon. Travis loved spending time with his family, and his beloved dog "Colby". He was loved by all who had the chance to know him and will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Family and friends may call on Saturday, November 16th, at the Sundquist Funeral Home from 5 to 7 P.M. Travis will laid to rest beside his mother in Old Glendale Cemetery in the spring. Everyone is invited to Patricia Taylor's home following the visitation on Saturday evening, to share fellowship and food.
