Timothy W. Hill, 71, was pronounced deceased at his home on Saturday, February 14, 2026, in the town of Watson.

Tim was born on October 2, 1954, in Lowville, the son of the late Millard J. and Ruth (Abel) Hill. He attended Lowville Academy and Central School and later worked for various farms in the Watson area.

He is survived by his sister, Andrea Moroughan of Glenfield; his brother, Richard Hill of Rome; as well as nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Tim was predeceased by his brother, Robert Hill; his sister, Pamela Filey; his nephews, Tyler Moroughan and Henry Filey, Jr.; and his niece, Brenda Filey.

A spring graveside service will be held at Beaches Bridge Cemetery.
