LOWVILLE – Carol R. Townsend, A memorial service for Carol will be held on Monday, June 10, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Trinity Episcopal Church with Rev. Ed Murphy, officiating. Burial will follow in West Lowville Rural Cemetery for both Carol and her husband Richard J. "Boomer" Townsend with military honors for Richard.  Carol died on February 25 ^th of this year and Richard died on January 14, 2005.
