CASTORLAND – It is with great sadness we announce the loss of our beloved son, Russell Gerald Sims Houck, "Little Russ", who was born on Thursday, April 11th in Lowville and passed away on Friday, April 12th at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse. You gave us great joy for one day and our joy will be shared again in eternity when we meet again.

Little Russ was born the son of Andrew T. Hauser and Mariah Angel Houck, the grandson of Russell G. and Teena Houck, great grandson of, Jackie Houck, nephew to, Steven A. (Adrianna) Houck, and D.J. Hughes, and his fur sister, London.

He is predeceased by his great grandfathers, Gerald F. "Jerry" Houck and Gary S. "Grizzly" Wratten.

Family and friends are invited to a funeral service on Thursday, April 18th at 10:00am at the Sundquist Funeral Home with Pastor Nate Patnode, of the Bethel Church of the Nazarene officiating. Burial will follow in Beaches Bridge Cemetery.

The family would like to invite everyone to the Bethel Church of the Nazarene for a luncheon following the services.
