"Rosie" Rosemary Granata was born in Rochester, NY on August 4, 1944. She entered heavens gates on April 4, 2020.

A loving mother and "Grandma Rosie" Rosie was one of the best waitresses' in Rochester where she made so many smile. Rosie's family was most important to her and would do anything for them.

Rosie had suffered with chronic pain and pulmonary fibrosis. Honoring her wishes, she lived out her final weeks being cared for lovingly by her daughter Lisa at Lisa's home.

Rosie was finally at peace surrounded by her daughters Lisa and Michelle, granddaughter Jessica and great granddaughter Kacey Lynn. Fortunately, during this time of isolation, friends and family were able to say goodbye via facetime.

Rosie leaves behind sons-in-law, Joseph Fiano, William Ryan, grandchildren and great grandchildren, Richard and Jackson Mura, Leena Fiano, Ashley, Kyle, and Cullen Ackerson, Alyssa and Lisa Jo Ryan.

A funeral Mass will be at the convenience of the family. Donations in memory of Rosie may be made to: University of Rochester, Pulmonary Fibrosis Research and Education Fund.
