WATSON – Richard A. DiNardi, 67, died on
Monday, January 15, 2018
at
University
Hospital
, with his children at his side.
Richard was born in Little Falls on
November 13, 1950
the son of Rocco D. and Clara Ann Tomei DiNardi where he graduated from Little Falls High School.
Rich owned and operated two convenient stores and a restaurant for many years before becoming a salesman, the Greig Convenient Store in Greig, Mountainside Market in Brantingham, and Clara Mae's Restaurant in Greig.
He recently retired in October of 2017 from Nortz and Virkler, Inc., of Lowville where he was a car salesman for several years. Richard married Dorris A. Davis on
May 4, 1995
.
He was a real outdoorsman enjoying hunting and fishing, camping, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, shooting, and golfing. His real love was making memories with his children, embracing his Italian heritage, trying new foods and spending time with his close friends.
Rich was a member of the Lowville Fish and Game Club, Inc.,
Stillwater
#4 Fish and Game Club, Lowville American Legion Post #162, and Lewis County Fire Police and the New Bremen Fire Department.
He is survived by his three children, Amber DiNardi-Pfister and Karilynn Pfister of

TN
; Tyler DiNardi and Daliss Ortlieb of Westmoreland; Melinda Rogers and Sid Goutermout of Castorland; his grandchildren, Aubriana DiNardi, and Raelynn Goutermout; his Goddaughter and niece, Christe DiNardi Zambri and her children, Clarissa and Nathan Zambri. Rich is predeceased by his parents, Rocco and Clara DiNardi, and his brother James DiNardi.

Church

2:00 P.M.
with Rev. David Herrmann, Pastor officiating.
Spring burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, town of
Herkimer
