LOWVILLE - Patricia E. Peebles, 59, died early Friday morning,
December 16, 2016
at her home under the care of her family and Lewis County Hospice.
Pat was born on
November 23, 1957
in
Augusta
,
Georgia
the daughter of the late Edwin G. Campany. She graduated from
Lowville
Academy
and
Central
School
, and she retired from
Lewis
County
General
Hospital
in the billing department.
She was united in marriage with Peter D. Peebles, Sr., on
March 8, 1975
in Lowville with the Honorable George R. Davis officiating. The couple made their home in Lowville where she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Pat was a member of Lewis County Memorial Post #6912 V.F.W. Auxiliary, she loved supporting our veterans and volunteering in the community. She also was a member of TOPS 063 in Lowville, and a past communicant of St. Peter's Catholic Church. Pat enjoyed candle making and making holiday wreaths.
She is survived by her husband, "Pete", their children and spouses, Peter D. and Lisa Peebles, Jr. of Lowville; Amanda and Scott Gaba of Lowville; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Dillon, Kendra, Brandon, Makayla, Payton, Liam and a great grandbaby on the way; Her siblings, Ernest and Henie Campany, Sally and Edward Tanney, Richard and Beth Maxam.
She is predeceased by her son, Thomas Edwin Peebles, and her brother Thomas Campany.
Her funeral service will be held on Monday, December 19th at
5:30 P.M.
at the Sundquist Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce W. Chapman officiating. Calling hours will be Monday, December 19th from
1:00
to
5:00 P.M.
preceding the funeral.
