Lori Gaylord Gorczyca,
60, died on Sunday morning,
November 25, 2018
at her home.
Mrs. Gorczyca was born on
June 9, 1958
in Lowville the daughter of Kenneth H. and Nancy A. (Wantz) Gaylord, Jr. She was a graduate of
Lowville
Academy
and
Central
School
in 1976. She married Richard J. "Richie" Gorczyca, Jr. on
December 31, 2004
with Honorable Owen Williams Justice of the Peace, officiating. Lori was an artist, she enjoyed drawing, making jewelry, sewing, and was the owner of the
Tie Dye Place
. She enjoyed going to camp with Richie, fishing, and her cats.
She is survived by her husband Richie; her mother Nancy A. Gaylord; her siblings
Penny (Michael) McCue; David (Amy) Gaylord; Shelly (Richard) Schneider;
nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great nephews.
She is predeceased by her father Kenneth, and her grandma Delilia "Tootsie" Gorczyca.
Calling hours for family and friends will be on Saturday, December 1st, from
11:00 A.M.
to
2:00 P.M.
at the Sundquist Funeral Home. Her funeral will follow at
2:00 P.M.
with the Rev. Bruce W. Chapman, retired minister officiating. Burial will be in the spring.
