Obituary

LOWVILLE - Julie Lynn Planck, 57, died on Wednesday morning, August 28, 2019 at Lewis County General Hospital.

Julie was born on November 22, 1961 in Carthage the daughter of David Clinton and Cora Mae (Bowers) Meister, she was a graduate of Beaver River High School. She was an adult care giver for United Cerebral Palsy, Aging Out program.

She is survived by four sons, Christopher (Amy) Planck and their children, Kadie and Kevin; Patrick (Brianne) Planck and their children, Nathan, Kierston and Camden; Greg A. Planck and his children, Hannah, Madelyn, Warren, Findley, and JoyAnna; Jason Houghton and his son, Kyloe; her mother, Cora; Julie's longtime companion, William "Bill" Wakefield; her brothers, Bruce (Marjorie); Ralph, and Russell "Rusty" (Renee) Meister; her sister, Cheryl (Charles) LaPlante; her Wakefield family, Zach (Jessica) and their children, Madelynn and Meredith; Rebekah Wakefield and her son, Ian; Amy (Dan) Noeller and their children, Payton and Kobey; Ethan (Nikki) Wakefield and their children, Landon, Ezra, and Waverly; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Julie is predeceased by her father, David Clinton Meister.

Julie loved spending time with her grandchildren and she enjoyed the outdoors especially camping.

Calling hours will be on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at Sundquist Funeral Home. A private funeral will be held with Rev. Bruce W. Chapman officiating with burial in Sunnyside Cemetery.
