GREIG - Joyce M. Tripp, 70 of the Greig Road died Wednesday morning, January 31, 2018 at home.

Mrs. Tripp was born on May 10, 1947 in Lowville the daughter of the late Francis E. and Wanda J. (Hawk) Wetmore. Joyce attended school at the Otter Creek School House, General Martin, and South Lewis Central School . She married Bradley Lynn Tripp on June 27, 1964 with Rev. Carl Disbrow, minister of the Glenfield United Methodist Church, officiating. Joyce remained married for 50 years until Bradley's passing on Sunday, October 12, 2014 .

She was a school bus aide for Copenhagen Central School , and Bernie Bus. Her best job was being a homemaker, enjoying her family time with her children, grandchildren, husband, and siblings. Joyce enjoyed crocheting, country music, and television.

She is survived by her son, Thomas (Lorie) Tripp and their family, Brandon and Heather; her daughter-in-law, Amy Tripp and her family, Brian and Mark, great-granddaughter, Aidryona, and great-grandson Jon; her four sisters, Judy Hulburt; Jane (Peter) Alfano; Patricia (Terry) Plemons; and Kathy Marra; and her brother; John Wetmore and his companion Nancy Young.

Joyce is predeceased by her brother, Jerold R. Wetmore who died on Thursday, February 12, 2009 , her son, Jon P. Tripp who died on Saturday, February 7, 2015 .

Per Joyce's wishes, she is to be cremated and there are no services.
