His Arc family would like to thank the many staff at the Rome Memorial Hospital for his outstanding care, especially Dr. Hall his surgeon and the legion of Arc staff who have provided care in his time of need over the years.

James held a place in the heart of many Arc staff and be formed a special bond with Tiffany, whose family welcomed him as one of their own, since living in Rome. The Arc Guardianship members have also provided care and guidance to James for many years.
