LOWVILLE - Isabelle Levy, 82, a resident of the Lewis County Residential Health Care Facility died on Saturday evening, July 23, 2011 under the care of the third floor nursing staff. Born in Kings County, NY on February 16, 1929 the daughter of Isidore Salwyn and Cecelia Levy. Issy lived in Rome, and with the Gimelli Family of Ilion. She also lived at the Castorland Route 410 IRA before being a resident of the nursing home. Issy attended Turin day care program, she enjoyed playing Bingo, Perfection, and crafts. A graveside service will be on Wednesday, July 27, at 4:00pm at Beaches Bridge Cemetery with Rev. Bruce W. Chapman, retired minister officiating.
