CROGHAN - Isaac W. Plantz, 36, died Saturday, November 19, 2016 in Old Forge.

Isaac was born on March 3, 1980 in Watertown the son of William P. and Monica R. (Schack) Plantz. He graduated from Beaver River Central School, the class of 1998.

Isaac is survived by his daughter, Mollie Violet; his father and mother, Bill and Monica; aunts, uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by his brother, Eric Henry Plantz, maternal grandmother, Theresa M. Schack, and paternal grandparents, Harry W. and Edith (Wilder) Plantz.

A private memorial service will be held with Rev. Donald Manfred, Pastor of St. Stephen's Catholic Church officiating. Burial will be in Beaches Bridge Cemetery.
