LOWVILLE - Francis Anthony "Frank" Kozloski, 94, passed away early Wednesday morning, October 14, 2015, at Lewis County Residential Health Care Facility with his family at his side. Mr. Kozloski was born June 1, 1921, in Medina, the son of the late George and Anna (Napierala) Kozloski, where Frank graduated from Medina High School. He attended Cornell Medical Center in New York City and became an X-ray Technician and retired as Senior Radiology Technician from Lewis County General Hospital. On September 6, 1952, he married Catherine M. Mattis at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Msgr. John Cotter, officiating. Frank was a member and communicant of St. Peter's Catholic Church where he was an usher and lector. He was also a 4th degree knight with the Knights of Columbus, a life member of Lowville BPOE #1605 and a past member of the Lions Club. Frank was an avid sports enthusiast announcing sporting events for WBRV radio and was a member of a golf league at Brantingham. His other interests included amateur photography and gardening with his wife. Survived by his wife, Catherine; his daughter, Mary Beth and Daniel Nellenback of Auburn; his son, Joseph and Karen of Camillus; six grandchildren and their spouses, Rebecca and George, Francis and Angela, Barbara and Joseph, Anna and Jonathan, Kristine and Jeffrey, Katie and Kevin; and eight great-grandchildren, Cyrus, Cazimer, Nora, Daniel, Natalie, Ava, Chloe, Henry. He is predeceased by five brothers, Steve, Leo, Thomas, Edward and John Kozlowski and four sisters, Gertrude Kirkpatrick, Rita Kohl, Bernice Doody, and Mary Klino. A funeral mass will be said on Saturday, October 17th at 10:00 A.M. at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Rev. Daniel Chapin, Pastor of St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Croghan, officiating. Burial will be in Lowville Rural Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call at the Sundquist Funeral Home on Friday, October 16th from 5 to 8 P.M., where an Elk's service will be at 7:00 P.M.
