LOWVILLE - Debra Ann Hurley, 55, our beloved "Divvy" passed away on Monday, August 31, 2015, at the Albany Medical Center. Mrs. Hurley was born on September 11, 1959, in Lowville to the late James Clark and Pauline Salmon Gentry. She was a homemaker and loved gardening but most of all she loved spending time with her family and beloved dog, Sable and her cat, Ebony. Surviving Mrs. Hurley are her four sons: Joshua, Justin, Jarrod and Jordan Hurley and his finance Hannah Wilton; brothers and sisters: Jim Gentry of California, Connie (Jerry) Mooney of Boonville, Mary LaFleur of Belfort, Barbara Nylen of Central Square, Patricia Taylor of Lowville, Michael (Donna) Gentry and Jess (Amanda) Gentry all of Williamsburg, VA; four grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a dear life-long friend, Melissa Pearl Hutchins and Ashley VanNest. She is predeceased by her sister, Anne Greenfield; brother, John June and two nephews, Tyler Gentry and Travis Mark Greenfield. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. at the Lowville United Methodist Church with Rev. David B. Herrmann officiating. Calling hours for family and friends are from 5-8 P.M. on Wednesday evening at the Sundquist Funeral Home.
