ALEXANDRIA BAY and LOWVILLE - Family and friends are invited to a service of remembrance for Carol J. Gaylord Rutan on Monday, July 25th at the Church of St. Lawrence at 2:00pm in Alexandria Bay. Mrs. Rutan died on Nov. 13, 2010 in Richmond, VA. Carol is survived by two daughters, Sarah Rutan of Richmond, VA and Connie (Bart) Kartoz of Princeton Junction, NJ; three granddaughters, Claire, Madison and Lindsay Kartoz; her sister Louise Cooke, her cousin, Elsie Alm both of Lowville.
