LOWVILLE - Ann Elizabeth Bishop Blair, 65, of Amherst, Virginia passed away on June 11, 2012, at Lynchburg General Hospital. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Michael John Blair. She was the daughter of Cecil Bishop and the late Lucille Ritz Bishop. Ann is survived by her father Cecil of Lowville; her brother, Dennis Bishop and his wife, Pam, of Lowville, NY; a niece, Jill Ortlieb and husband, Craig, of Lowville, NY; and a nephew, Andy Bishop and wife, Kristy, of Windham, ME. Her committal service will be Saturday, June 23rd at 2:00 P.M. at Lowville Rural Cemetery with Rev. Christopher Carrara, pastor of St. Peter's Catholic Church, officiating.
